Bloomberg- Monex USA lowered its year-end forecast for the British pound to $1.26, compared to the firm’s earlier estimate of $1.28, according to FX spot trader Helen Given.

- “I see a pretty bad winter coming in Europe,” she said. “I see easing coming from other central banks before it comes from the Fed”
- Monex USA expected the pound to end 3Q at $1.29; the currency ended September at $1.22
